In this episode we sit down with tramily member Sarah Powers to hear her experience thru hiking and most recently setting an FKT (fastest known time). In October of 2024, Sarah set the women's unsupported FKT on the Centennial Trail in South Dakota. This trail is 125 miles long in the black hills on the western side of the state.
